Parent Organization: The Helpcare Society (THS).  

Establishment: THS was incorporated under the Societies Registration Act 1860 on September 24, 1998, as a not-for-profit organization.  

Vision: “Realizing potential through equal opportunities”.  

Mission: Empower underprivileged children through competitive education to join the socio-professional mainstream.  

End Objective: Enable students to emerge as role models and positive agents of change in society.

Certifications: Certified by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy, Punjab Charity Commission, and tax-exempted by FBR under section 2(36)

Campus History

Johar Town Campus: Originally established in a rented house in Faisal Town on September 22, 1998, using an individual’s pension fund. It moved to a custom-built campus in Johar Town on August 14, 2008.  

DHA Campus: Established in 2012 at the invitation of the DHA Management Committee. It reached high school status by 2022 and was upgraded to an intermediate college in 2025. It currently serves 503 students.
