Regulatory Registrations & Certifications
The Helpcare Society operates strictly within the legal framework of Pakistan and holds the following active credentials:
Legal Status: Incorporated under the Societies Registration Act 1860 on September 24, 1998, as a non-commercial, not-for-profit organization.
PCP Certification: Duly certified by the Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy (PCP) for excellence in governance, financial transparency, and program delivery
Charity Registration: Registered and compliant with the Punjab Charity Commission
Tax Exemption: Granted tax-exempt status by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) under Section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance
